Boost Camp 2025 was one of those rare events that actually lived up to the hype.
Product leaders, government officials and major global brands all gathered in Oslo for a day of candid conversations, product reveals and practical insights from some of the most forward-thinking minds in AI and customer experience. Attendees called it one of the most valuable events they’ve been to, not just for the content, but for the clarity it brought to what’s possible with AI, and where the technology is headed next.
We know you couldn't be there with us in Oslo so we've compiled some of the most salient takeaways for you below:
Use AI with intent. Both Jerry and Telenor stressed that AI shouldn’t be just another box to check or a way to cut costs. Above all, it needs to be there to improve a customer’s experience.
Scale with sensitivity. TheH&M and Vipps MobilePay teams explained that expanding across borders isn’t as simple as recreating an existing AI Agent in a new country or translating intents and answers that already exist. It’s about fully optimizing for each new country’s language, culture and local expectations to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Speed matters. From going live faster to learning from early missteps, speakers emphasized the value of moving quickly without sacrificing quality. Sage shared how they launched their first AI Agent in just 34 business days, and Vipps MobilePay summed it up best with their mantra, “Release, learn, repeat.” And with the new Get Started Wizard, boost.ai is making it easier for teams to launch and optimize faster than ever.
Norway is serious about AI. Karianne Tung laid out ambitious goals, major investments and multiple initiatives already underway. As a country, Norway is reimagining how governments serve their citizens through the power of AI.
Voice is coming. Attendees saw exciting demonstrations of voice AI’s growing sophistication. As the next frontier for generative AI, voice featured prominently in our product roadmap and is set to take center stage.
See for yourself what made this year so impactful — we’ve published a full Boost Camp 2025 YouTube playlist, including Kane Simms’s keynote and other standout sessions.
We hope Boost Camp makes it onto your calendar for next year. If this year was any indication, it’s only going to get more relevant — and harder to miss.
